Cedric is our Managing Partner, specialising in civil and commercial litigation, criminal litigation, and regulatory investigation.
Cedric has been the appointed counsel for multiple listed companies in Hong Kong. He has conducted various types of civil cases involving commercial law, company law, insolvency law, construction disputes and international arbitration.

Vincent specialises particularly in personal injuries claims and family disputes.
Vincent is experienced in all types of claims concerning industrial accidents, employees’ compensation, occupiers’ liabilities, medical negligence, general negligence and traffic accidents.
Vincent has also handled many cases in the Family Court and frequently advised various clients on adversarial and complicated matrimonial matters such as family assets and children custody.

Ka Kit first joined our firm as a paralegal in 2017. After he completed PCLL, he returned to our firm as a trainee solicitor. He is dual qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales.

Jennifer joined our firm as a paralegal in 2019 assisting in various criminal cases. In 2021, she became a trainee solicitor and focused on litigation matters.
